The Hunters Creek North Homeowners Association Board of Directors usually meets quarterly. Meetings are held at Board member’s homes. Three days prior to regular board meetings, the board will distribute agenda electronically to registered emails. Homeowners may submit agenda items, through email to hcnna-boardmembers@googlegroups.com no later than 24 hours before the meeting. The board follows Robert’s Rules of Order.
The annual meeting is typically held in the fall. By electronic mail to the registered address of record, items for the agenda including election of board and officers and the operating budget for the following fiscal year will be provided. A Directed Proxy can be downloaded from the homepage and returned as directed.
